LARGE SCALE MOBILE SHIP-LOADERS

We have designed, build, and delivered shiploaders to customers in different industries ranging from agriculture to aggregrate and mining. Larger scale shiploder like the one above are for heavy applications such as handling of aggregrate and mineral.

Our keys to design success are flexibility and practicallity. In order to operate efficiently on jetty, the shiploader should allowed for high degree fo mobility and movments. We designed shiploaders that travel sideways along the haul of the ship and forward/backward . In most cases larger shiploaders mobility system as well as conveyor functionality can be powered with a disel generator. Controls are either done in a control booth or via RF remote.

Smaller-scale shiploaders are suitable for docks along the river, interfacing with smaller vessel. These smaller shiploaders are also multi-function because they can double as stackers as well as truck or container loaders. Power input can be specified as 380v, 3ph., or any current that the machine will operate with.

Like the Ship-Loaders our mobile truck loaders are customizable with options such as movement, elevation system, especially for the discharge chute. We also produce them for bulk material loading We also produce Mobile Truck-Loaders for packaged goods such as cartons, crates, and bail.
